Beacon Fitness Boot Camp
Looking for a high intensity workout to start your weekend?
BE FIT BOOT CAMP is a 45 minute full body strength and aerobic workout focused on getting you well into your training zone and keeping you there. Expect Zone 2 to Zone 4 intensity.
Routines will be circuit and high intensity interval training featuring all your favorite exercises like thrusters, wall balls, rope slams, burpees, running, jump rope and many more!
Our boot camp classes are intended for those who currently workout but are looking for an option to push themselves on Saturday mornings. If you have a question about your possible participation please contact us.

$125 for the month
$30 drop in if space is available
Please note a minimum of 3 participants are required to offer each boot camp session. If the minimum is not met any enrollments will be refunded
