Group Training @ The Ackerman Studio

Beacon Fitness will be offering additional group training options at the Ackerman Studio while the new facility is under construction. Join now and get in first when the new gym opens!

GX - 45 minute individualized training sessions in a small group setting of no more than 6 participants. Groups meet 2-3 times per week. Daily routines change from session to session and will focus on strength training, endurance and aerobic conditioning. Beginners and seasoned exercisers are welcome.

GX65 - Group training for members 65+ years of age (flexibility if you’re under 65). This group meets every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10am. These 45 minute session will focus on strength training, balance, and endurance. Additional groups may be added if the 10am session fills.

GXTeen - Group training for members 13-17 years of age. This group meets every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 3pm. These 45 minute session will focus on strength training, endurance and aerobic conditioning. For those that need to get moving or want to improve their sports conditioning.

AC - Adult fitness classes. Specifics will be listed soon but you can expect boot camp style classes, stretching/mobility, lift and others. Check back!

*When the new gym opens, GX1 and GX1a sessions will merge to create a single two hour session, giving members greater flexibility with the time of their training. This will happen with all sessions.

Some groups may be full

  • If your preferred session is full contact BF, there may be a chance to get you in.

No month to month commitment. Your spot will be kept as long as you enroll before the first of the next month.

All current members will be given first options in the new gym when it opens. Be a BE FIT OG!

No partial enrollments. You are not required to attend every session in the month but you are required to pay the full enrollment fee for the group you choose as you are reserving that spot.

Monday-Wednesday-Friday groups: $280/mo

Tuesday-Thursday group: $180/mo

GX65 & GXTeen: $240/mo
