Beacon Fitness has been working with clients for over 20 years. Most new clients come in with something, whether an aching back from sitting at the desk too much, or a more serious issue like a rotator cuff or knee injury. Beacon Fitness has an extensive knowledge of these issues and how to train safely and effectively. We work closely with our client’s therapists and physicians to ensure safe programming when an injury or medical condition is present. We are also teamed up with leaders in these fields should an issue pop up.
*Beacon Fitness will not diagnose and injury or prescribe therapy. Beacon Fitness does not offer physical therapy or medical programs. Anyone with an injury or health issue should receive clearance from their doctor or therapist prior to participating in a fitness program at Beacon Fitness.

Personal training can be difficult to get into but please reach out and we’ll see what’s available. Most PT openings would be found midday. Mornings and evenings are rarely available.

No. The current studio is strictly for PT clients and GX members. Occasionally we will allow a drop-in to a GX session if there is room, but often the schedule is full.

We stepped away from a previously planned expansion when presented with a better opportunity for Beacon!
