Senior Group Training
GX60 / GX65
GX60 (60+ yrs) and GX65 (65+ yrs) groups are designed for beginners and advanced exercisers with a focus on strength training, cardio, flexibility and endurance. All levels are welcome. If you have a special condition or injury please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns. All clients receive individualized modifications. Sessions are 45 minutes in length.
GX65 - Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 10 - 10:45am
GX60 - Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 3 - 3:45pm (starting Nov 10th)
